A Strong Background in Service and Leadership
Geoffrey Reiter’s journey to Jaguar Hinsdale has been filled with valuable experiences across various automotive sectors. Prior to joining our team, Geoffrey spent six years with Bill Jacobs BMW, where he served as Assistant Service Manager and Porter Manager. During his tenure, he gained a reputation for his leadership, efficiency, and dedication to providing top-tier service. Under Geoffrey’s management, the service department thrived, ensuring a smooth, seamless experience for both customers and team members alike.
Geoffrey’s career in service management began even earlier, during his time with a professional valet company. As a Regional Manager, he gained invaluable insight into logistics, team management, and customer service. This experience sharpened his ability to manage large teams and complex operations. Later, he continued refining his leadership skills with the prestigious Fletcher Jones group, where he served as Porter Manager. Throughout these roles, Geoffrey’s talent for building strong teams and fostering a culture of customer care became apparent.
Now, at the helm of Jagar Hinsdale’s service department, Geoffrey’s focus is on enhancing both the team experience and customer satisfaction. His commitment to ensuring that each vehicle receives expert care—and that every guest leaves with a smile—is central to his leadership philosophy.

When Geoffrey isn’t managing the service department, he leads a dynamic and active life. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their 12-year-old Chiweenie, a lovable mix of Chihuahua and Dachshund. But perhaps the most unique thing about Geoffrey is his involvement in the sport of Ninja—made famous by the TV show American Ninja Warrior.
Competing in the sport of Ninja is no small feat, and Geoffrey has been dedicated to honing his skills, even competing in the World Championships. His ultimate goal is to make it onto the popular TV show, and with his determination, we’re confident he’ll achieve it. His involvement in such a demanding and exciting sport speaks volumes about his drive, resilience, and willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
