After having a good experience with scheduled maintenance, I decided to use dealer to install optional side bars on my Defender. I considered aftermarket and body shops, but after working with my service manager, decided OEM parts and dealer installation was best option and overall value to assure factory quality. Experience was easy, timely, and great results.
I'm a pretty picky person and its hard to impress me, but I must say I was impressed from the moment I walked into Land Rover Hinsdalle. Everyone acknowledged me when I walked through the door with a Hello and Welcome and my sales associate Julian Lozano was absolutely amazing. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We just had the pleasure of buying a vehicle from Agnes at Bill Jacobs in Hinsdale and the experience was wonderful from beginning to end! Such a nice change from all previous car buying experiences- the dealership itself is beautiful and calm, stocked with coffee which I appreciate! John Boecker was a great help to me when considering a CPO vehicle - I'm out of state, but he was quick to respond, honest and thorough, and easy to work with. While we ultimately chose a different vehicle, I would not have hesitated to buy from him sight unseen.
I received little to no communication and a lot of excuses. Someone quit and their guys were backed up. All not my problem. Not Land Rover quality all around-really disappointed. Even the manager who apologized did not follow through on what he said he would do.
I have always received exceptional service from this Land Rover location. Everyone from Bill Spencer, my service advisor to the cashier, all treated me and my vehicle very well!

I recently had a pleasant experience at Jaguar Hinsdale when purchasing my car. The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
