Fantastic experience at the Hinsdale Land Rover location. My VW stalled in front of the store on Ogden Avenue. Jared, Jeff, Manny, Gabe and Kayla helped me by getting me safe and started up. He initially told me the tires were covered under warranty. He then called 2 hours later and said he made a mistake. Said the car would be ready by 2 pm at the latest. Got to the dealer at 3:45 and waited until about 5 pm to pick up the car. Did not include the warranty information in my check out packet. Could not find the wheel lock when I asked and took 10 minutes to get me answer while I waited outside. Car is missing 2 sets of wheel covers. Zero stars. Drove forty miles to see a car that was supposedly there. Even received an email the morning of my appointment, confirming the appointment. Was told the car was offsite getting detailed upon arrival. Sat there for 20 minutes while they figured that out. Why confirm the appointment?? DECEPTIVE if you ask me. Lanie the salesman told me she would have the car ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Once there she told me the car would not be back until next week. NEVER BUYING A CAR THERE.

The price is at this service center are almost double the price of other service centers in the area they don’t negotiate and after you leave, you feel ripped off

Took my car that I purchased there a few days after buying it. And they said that nothing was wrong with the car. Took it to another dealer a few days after that and they found $8000 of items wrong with the car.

I was a little upset. I had called to get some answers was put on hold, then told the tech would call me back never happened. I then made an appointment. Because of the red tape procedures with the warranty folks my car was kept two weeks. Then added more money for something that wasn’t needed and taken away when I came to pick up. I had an oil change .. with appoiment on scheduled they took almost 2 hours and 30 min to change the damn oil change ... .....8 days later my car is in bad shape my brake line is leaking my car is a 2018 such a bad xperience .will never be back here ..

We recently bought a 2018 Infiniti QX60 at Land Rover Hinsdale. The car drove great during a couple of test drives. We were told that the car was fully inspected, they performed an oil change and fixed/updated a couple other minor things. The price was fair and the sales process was smooth and painless. The sales and finance departments were a breeze to deal with. A couple days after buying the car, we experienced intermittent hard starts. I was happy with the warranty work, extra effort w/ caliper/wheel damage noticed from initial purchase. Paid services are fine, although very high $$. Delay in parts, took nearly a month. These two items kept me from rating it excellent!
