I recently purchased a Maserati Grecale Modena from this dealership. I was rendered an excellent customer experience by Agnes Landowski from the time I expressed an interest in the vehicle, to going through the sales process and beyond. The entire process was a pleasant experience and I got the vehicle in the condition and price that I had planned for. Agnes went over and beyond and offered to visit our house to help us get familiar with the complicated features of the Maserati.

The service was very thorough. I purchased my 2022 Range River Sport through Cavana. I was very pleased with their service as well. I wanted to make sure everything was up to par. Hinsdale Haguar/Land River did a great job confirming everything was ok.

Mike Mashburn’s service and followup was superior, which we rate as a 10 / 10. However, we were less satisfied with the upfront process whereby I had indicated what service I would like done when I called to book the appointment. Unfortunately, when my wife arrived, they had no record of my initial service requests. Not a huge issue, but my wife less familiar with the LR car maintenance, and so she kind of improvised with guidance from LR technician. Consequently, we rated Mike Mashburn’s post drop-off service as a 10/10, but overall service as 9/10. Thank you, JD
Took awhile (5 days from when I brought it in) to get to repair, they were very busy. Successfully repaired a warranty claim - good. Pushed for an “immediate attention” oil change yet it was not due for over another 1,000 miles and the price was ridiculous- $418. Took it to Firestone and they did it for $125- bad.
Julian and Agnes were great from the beginning to the end because I know I gave them hell..😂🤣😂

My HSE range rover was having an emissions issue. Land Rover/Hinsdale scheduled an appointment. Reached out to me prior to the appointment date. Confirmed the date was still good for me, asked if I needed to reschedule. ("Liked" the proactive attitude) They kept in contact about the status of my repair. A very prompt repair job. The Service representative was polite & knowledgeable. The porters were courteous & respectful of my vehicle. My experience @ land rover Hinsdale was GREAT!
