Best experience buying a car. I looked on line and Matt called me back. No pressure just helpful. Showed us 3 different cars and we settled on a 2021Tesla Model 3. After the easy purchase process, Agnes gave us a great tutorial and tips for the new car. We will be back for our next car. The dealership is 45 miles from our home but worth the trip.

From start to finish Land Rover of Hinsdale was wonderful! We were looking at predriven Teslas & research their inventory. We really thought we would buy a Model 3 but upon test driving the sedan was a little tight for my 6’4” husband. We tried a model Y and were blown away! They were terrific on working with us on price & we walked, NO drove away with a beautiful newer model used Tesla! We LOVE it! Thank you to the staff and management team! Very nice and professional sales person. High end atmosphere. Buying experience was fairly smooth seeing as how I had my own financing. However, once paperwork was signed, price was given, I was disclosed that the vehicle only had one key, and now I have a $250 expense. That information should have been told to me upfront, and perhaps the vehicle discounted for the inconvenience. I also found out the night I purchased that a head light was out. He also helped me with the vehicle specs so I could order the specific accessories that were appropriate for my usage of the vehicle. JLR Hinsdale made the purchase process easy and uneventful.
